For our take on a North American IPA, we’ve squeezed every last drop of oily & resiny goodness out of our favourite American hops. Cryo Pop, Manitoba Cascade, Zythos and El Dorado hops give this extremely hop forward beer a complex fruit character blending sweet and green flavours ranging from Stone Fruits, Pear, Watermelon, Pineapple, Mango, Grapefruit, Tangerine among others.

Expect this dark saison to have some subtle chocolate and roasted notes, stone fruit and earthy spice.

This is a limited release for Brazen’s 5th Anniversary. A modern sour utilizing specialized Philly Yeast that creates the acidity in the fermenter. Philly Sour results in a very clean, crisp and moderately tart product, Mosaic and El Dorado hops ad a complex resiny berry, pineapple and mango character.
