Brown ale. Deep copper with garnet flashes. Three varieties of hops, and a blend of caramel, pale and black malts. This medium bodied Brown Ale fills your mouth with a fusion of toasty malt and sweet caramel up front finishing with a nutty flavour, medium creamy carbonation and mild hop bitterness.

For our take on a North American IPA, we’ve squeezed every last drop of oily & resiny goodness out of our favourite American hops. Restrained malt character, high mineral content water, high carbonation, and moderate bitterness combine to create a distinctively dry beer. Hop oil subdues the bitterness. What lingers is the fond sensation of hop flowers dancing on your tongue.

A specialty base malt is used for this beer. Juicy and hazy; with tropical, citrusy notes and balanced hops.

This delicious Belgian-style whit-bier is brewed with malted barley, wheat and rolled oats. Coriander, along with Valencia and navel orange peels are added to create a smooth and refreshing, unfiltered wheat beer.

Erdinger Dunkel is a rich and smooth wheat beer specialty from Erdinger Weissbräu. It owes its full-bodied flavour to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production.

Brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe and, in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way; it takes three to four weeks for Erdinger Weissbier to mature.

Bright and refreshing, like our founders. Following the tradition and standards set by our founders, Prairie White Ale is a true Belgian-style wheat beer. It is patiently brewed from Saskatchewan two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Adding the zest of premium oranges and natural Saskatchewan coriander creates refreshing citrus notes with a subtle spice. It has a slightly cloudy appearance, proof that we’d never filter out the rich, complex flavours.

Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc beer has subtle aromas and a beautiful haziness. Brewed with a light French touch, 1664 Blanc is a premium French wheat beer with a delicate taste of citrus fruits and coriander spice.

Lakeside is brewed using an old-world technique which produces a crisp, clean ale with lager characteristics. It is a delicate and subtle beer with a hint of malt and fruit in the nose.

Nautical Disaster is a slightly hazy and juicy India Pale Ale, almost clear with a strong dry-hopped aroma yet a subdued medium bitterness. This modern interpretation of the American IPA brings forward strong hop profiles in flavour and aroma of a double IPA, yet keeps the alcohol and bitterness levels of a more accessible IPA.

Hazed and Confused pours with a hazy orange glow having aromas bursting with fruity hops and citrus. It has a sweet, malty profile that lends a soft, silky mouthfeel, while the hops give it a juicy kick!

Galactic Space Dragon is a cloudy IPA that pours a hazy, golden colour. It is well balanced and juicy with a citrus flavour that borders a NE style IPA.

Hopped and based according to one of our favorite Imperial IPAs, Fatamorgana, but in the shape of a Session IPA. Pleasant bitterness, the same sunny haziness and lots of lovingly hoppiness.

Omnipollo was founded in 2011. Zodiak is their house IPA made with a combination of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. Golden yellow colour with vibrant aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit, spice, herbs and a light pleasant bitterness on the finish.

An easy drinking American wheat ale dry hopped with Mosaic Hops. Juicy citrus, tropical and floral hop notes sit atop a light grainy malt base giving the beer a very flavourful hop punch with a light refreshing body.

This light, juicy IPA has aromas of mango, melon, peach and citrus with a full, rich, biscuity malt finish.

A Northeast-style hazy IPA. Huge amounts of dry hopping give this beer complex notes of melon, tropical fruit, and pear.

Our Crafty Radler includes a mix of ale and grapefruit and tangerine soda; It exhibits a natural cloudy pink colour.  Refreshing aromas of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit, ripe tangerine and a hint of Willamette hops. The flavour dances with the sweetness of tangerines, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Northern Logger is a Golden Ale, light on the pallet and very easy drinking. Light hopped with Bravo hop to give a little extra bitterness to counteract the sweetness.

Tropical. A blend of Mango / Pineapple / Guava along with tart, lemon and citrus notes.

Stanley Park Brewery’s Trail Hopper IPA uses Citra and Simcoe hops. It is full bodied, aromatic and juicy. Aromas and flavours of citrus, tropical fruit and earthy pine.

Stiegl-Goldbräu is blended with real raspberry juice resulting in an enchantingly red, soft berrylike treat. The raspberry flavour gives the retro-Radler a rich scented bouquet of fully ripe berries. The fruity and juicy overall impression provides thirst-quenching refreshment.

An unbelievable amount of Blackberries were jammed into this kettle sour beer, pouring a bright magenta with a brilliant pink head. Jam-like berry flavour layered with a gentle hint of vanilla creates a dessert like experience with a tart finish.

An American-style IPA brewed with Amarillo hops from Yakima Valley, Washington. Notes of fresh citrus and stone fruit, this full-bodied IPA is well-balanced with a slightly dry finish.

This Belgian white ale (witbier) is pale golden with a fine white, creamy head when poured. Subtle bouquet of spice, citrus notes, aromas of yeast breads, coriander, and cloves. On the palate, wheat and subtle spices blanketed in citrus flavours reminiscent of orange and lemon.

This ale has a golden hue colour with a generous head and delicate bubbles. Floral bouquet with additional aromas of honey, spice, coriander, and malt. The flavour is mildly yeasty with a complex palate of malt, fruit and spice notes.
