Erdinger Dunkel is a rich and smooth wheat beer specialty from Erdinger Weissbräu. It owes its full-bodied flavour to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production.

Brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe and, in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way; it takes three to four weeks for Erdinger Weissbier to mature.

It has a slightly cloudy appearance, proof that we’d never filter out the rich, complex flavours.

Carmilla Blood Orange Wheat Beer is brewed by the women at Sookram’s for International Women's Brew Day. It is an approachable Wheat Beer brewed with Amarillo and Citra hops, as well as Blood Oranges, to impart fruity and citrus flavours.
