This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.

It is robust, long-lasting and persistent in the mouth, with a drawn-out flavour providing smoky touches that give it a very special character. Deep-bodied with an aromatic complexity that fills the palate with perfect harmony between the aged notes and the smoky nuances.
