Inspired by our original Spiced Rum from the Rum and Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, is a rum crafted with the sweet notes of roasted and candied pineapple. Well balanced with hints of soft brown sugar and nutmeg colliding with a whiff of aniseed and lime zest. Super refreshing, especially with lemonade, lots of ice, a wedge of lime and bunch of fresh mint.

Where a blended rum meets exotic spices to create a unique and distinctive flavour profile. Those familiar with Saffron cake will certainly find a hint of that alongside notes of Pedro Ximénez Ice cream. Mantuano is a blend of rums that have been aged for up to 8 years. Aromas of dried plums, oak and a delicate spiciness are followed by flavours of dried fruits, wood and vanilla.

A complex blend of Copper pot still rums aged for 12 long years, has a characterful nose, showing fruit cake, rum'n'raisin ice cream, cocoa, dried ginger, cinnamon and clove. Develops baked bananas with fudge sauce and chewy toffee notes alongside vanilla oak and a deeper note of syrupy gingerbread, with hints of orange zest. The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose.

The Selección de Familia has been aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. First creamy, then juicy plum set against a backdrop of coconut. Cooked oak spice and brandy ripple across the palate, chased down by rounded pepper and bold toffee sweetness. Smooth, with thick notes of demerara sugar. Well-rounded, long finish with a hint of pipe tobacco on the tail.

Don Papa Rum is made using sugar cane grown on the island. Aged for over 7 years in American oak barrels before being charcoal filtered, Don Papa is light and fruity on the nose while smooth and delicate on the palate with flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits with a long textured finish.

This copper hued rum has initial aromas of cherry, oak and a wisp of smoke. With the first sip, ripe apple, coconut and hints of cinnamon fill the palate. Then the slightly sweet coconut, spice and smoky finish complement the body of the mature spirit.

On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.

Havana Club 3 Años is the result of blending aged and aromatic sugarcane aguardientes with extra light sugarcane distillates. This batch of rums is then allowed to rest in white oak barrels after which the Maestro Ronero chooses the best barrels and blends the final three-year-old rum, which is again set to rest, then filtered and bottled. Light straw in appearance with aromas of vanilla, caramelized pears, banana and hints of smoked oak. Pleasant palate, with smoky, vanilla and chocolate notes.

Havana Club Anejo 7 embodies Cuban rum-making excellence and is recognized as one of the best aged rums in the world. On the nose intermingled notes of toffee, honeycomb and coffee, a little spice and dried peels with notes of orchard fruits and biscuits, while the palate shows notes of cigar box, cedar wood, guava and banana leaf.

The rum is distilled from pure sugar cane juice (no molasses). Mangos and Pineapples, from the region, are carefully selected and infused with the aged rum.

This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.
