This delicate wine highlights the bright red berry, cola, and violet aromatics typically found in Niagara Pinot Noir. It is rich in dark fruit, earthy and full of minerals.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

You will find very ripe, plummy-sweet flavours and richness in this wine. Some would also call it a bistro style, "elbows-on-the-table" wine. Great with stews, red meat or tomato-based dishes.

A medium red wine with a leather & tobacco aroma and a distinctive tannic finish. Pinot Noir is one of the oldest varieties cultivated by man. This wine is best served at room temperature with grilled or roasted red meat and game, ham, roast pork or grilled Atlantic salmon.

This is a medium bodied wine, dense with firm tannins and a wild cherry bouquet.

This wine showcases aromatics in the form of blackberry jam, fresh mint leaf, black pepper, cooked blueberry, black cherry, sweet tobacco (similar to Oscuro Cigars), ripened plum and blackcurrant, with a subtle undertone of butter, courtesy of malolactic fermentation. Once allowed to breathe, notes of leather and cedar become more pronounced, suggesting potential tertiary aromatics. Grilled herb and red pepper aromas mingle with berry fruit on the nose. The palate offers tasty flavours of ripe berry, cherry and plum, the roasted red pepper replaying with a dash of black pepper. This is a flavourful, approachable red, dry, medium bodied with a pleasing round texture, good balance and tasty finish.

Aroma of ripe black cherries, blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrants with subtle smoke, oak and spice notes. The palate has bold flavours of dark fruit which echo the aromas. Nice acidity is balanced by smooth tannins.

This medium to full-bodied Red has good structure and mouth-feel, moderate to firm tannins, balancing acidity, and rich, ripe fruit-forward flavours of black currant, black cherry and blackberry, accented by sweet spice, oak, dark chocolate and anise.

A blend of 41.9% Merlot, 35.2% Cabernet Franc and 18.7% Cabernet Sauvignon, with just a touch of Zweigelt and Dornfelder. The individual wines were given subtle oak integration for 6 months with French and American oak, before the final assemblage was created. A full malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel. Bright garnet colour with a bouquet of currant, blue plum, cherry, wild strawberry, and subtle spice and oak. A medium-bodied, fruit-forward red wine with soft tannins for a smooth mouthfeel, and flavours of juicy red and black fruits with a touch of sweet spice. Notes of red cherry, pomegranate, sweet spice, and a touch of black tea linger on the finish.

Deep garnet colour with a rich, warming bouquet of black cherry, black currant, vanilla extract, smoke, oak, black pepper and coffee bean. This red blend has a medium to full-bodied mouth-feel with soft yet drying tannins and bold, fruit-forward flavours of blueberry, black cherry, black currant and sweet spice. Notes of black tea, black currant, blackberry, spice, cocoa powder and sweet vanilla linger on the finish.

This easy-drinking Cabernet / Merlot has shades of dark ripe fruit, tobacco and leather. Fresh and juicy on the palate with a touch of tannin. This wine is equally delicious accompanying a formal dinner as it is while sitting in the stands, cheering on the team. Serve slightly below room temperature - 15 to 18°C. Great by itself and with dishes like pasta, pork, pizza or excellent with Herbed Barbequed Chicken or Braised Beef.
