Preservative free! Dark crimson in colour displaying active red fruit aromatics with a pronounced raspberry note, showing hints of chocolate and vanilla. This is a fresh and bright wine bottled immediately to capture the essence of the variety. On the palate, it’s vibrant with fruit purity showing a good intensity and balanced by cleansing acids.

Ruby with a purple rim, aromas of dark, ripe plum and leather rise to the nose as rich, layered notes of blackberry, black cherry and spice cross the palate. The soft, supple texture and rounded tannins create a velvety mouthfeel though to the long finish.
