Grape Varieties in this blend are old vines of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Intense ruby red in colour with an elegant bouquet of matured cherry, blackberry and spices (ginger in particular). A persistent and warm taste, with a light and pleasant savoury note.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc blend has and intense ruby red colour. On the nose you find hints of black currant, blueberry and jam prunes, that blend perfectly with elegant notes of tobacco and licorice. Mellow tannins.

It has a typical, distinctive and complex bouquet with hints of cherry conserve and vanilla, balsamic, floral and ripe fruit notes. A medium intensity ruby coloured wine, characterised by the primary aromas of the grapes from which it is made, such as plum and black cherry, with some balsamic notes. On the palate it is a wine of great elegance and smoothness, with good fresh acidity, smooth and rounded tannins and a medium intensity palate aroma in which fruit prevails. The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

The nose is dominated by intense notes of ripe berry fruit and complementary aromas of sweet spices and coffee. Ample and balanced on the palate, the wine shows silky tannins along with a sweet and spicy finish and aftertaste.

The appassimento technique is used, whereby Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are laid out on bamboo racks to concentrate their aromas during the winter months. Rich, powerful bouquet with aromas of baked fruit, cooked with herbs and spices. Cherry fruit preserve and cinnamon are the major components in a long-lasting and attractive finish.

This Reserva shows a concentrated colour with aromas of ripe black fruit and elegant floral notes in perfect harmony with some toasted from the oak. The Ripasso Acinatico is obtained from the Valpolicella Classico way via re-fermentation and a second maceration over grape skins that are still mildly sweet of Amorone and Recioto, thereby enriching the body and colour of the wine. Intense yet subtle nose of spices and vanilla. The warm, full-bodied palate with traces of mature, dried fruits, spices and tobacco is reminiscent of an Amarone.

This full-bodied, classic red is delicious with hard cheeses and a host of other hors d'oeuvres.

Deep garnet color. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, forest floor, white pepper, slightly herbaceous. Sturdy with lively tannins, wild & earthy with noticeable acidity.
