This oak aged wine is red ruby color with orange reflections. In the nose, intense and complex aromas of spices, licorice, cherry and vanilla. On the palate, the flavors are persistent and rich, with elegant tannins. A wine that has a good structure and a long length. According to the vintages, the Farnito can be kept at least 10 years.

Made from four grapes harvested later than usual to achieve a greater ripeness and smoothness. It results in a deep and inky wine, with ripe plum and blackcurrant aromas. In the mouth it shows prune, fig and cherry fruit notes. Chocolate and licorice flavours, given by aging in oak barriques, dominate a long and smooth aftertaste.

The Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon has been aged in French oak barrels; it shows deep red purple colour in the glass. Maipo Cabernet is characterized by scents of cassis & mint. Some dried figs & raspberry appear while the tannins are ripe & integrated. The wine is dense and concentrated with good length & the capacity to improve over the next 3-5 years.

Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. This blending of Caymus Cabernets captures soft, beautiful valley fruit with mountain wines providing "shoulders". Extended barrel aging period of 36 months. Rich ruby colour with aromas of blackberry, currant, black licorice and anise. On the palate, brown spice, dark fruits and wisps of cigar box.

The Walking Fool is a lush, Zinfandel based blend. A silky scarlet red with luminous highlights, this wine opens with a lean earthiness the scent of rustic wood mixes with sweet spice, a whiff of cigar box, dusty pavement and old leather, infused with garden ripe strawberries and cherries. The palate is smooth and lively, featuring flavours of juicy raspberry, the subtle tartness of cranberry, and notes of espresso and smoked meat. Underlying acidity makes this wine mouth-watering, while its tannins lend a gritty yet softly fine texture. On the finish: a trace of vibrant cranberry, luxurious cocoa and an extra kick of spice.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

Regal red in colour. Plush and evocative on the nose with aromas of beef - ribs cooked over an open fire with notes of potpourri and dark plum. This wine is a striking combination, highly structured yet featuring extravagant flavours of dark fruit.

This is a Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Notes of blackberry, white pepper, black licorice, cocoa , and hints of smoked meat. Long finish that builds with floral notes.

The 2018 Belle-Vue includes five grapes in the blend for the first time. 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Carménère. Deep garnet - purple colour. It sings of chocolate - covered cherries, fresh red and black currants and black raspberry scents with hints of wild sage, pencil lead and lavender. Fresh - tasting with a chewy texture and a mineral - tinged finish.

Complex bouquet, combining dark berry and spice aromas. Nuances of pepper, cinnamon and blueberry. Dense, fruity attack. Full-bodied, with elegant, perfectly integrated tannins. Beautiful aromatic expression and pleasant freshness on the finish.

This Haut-Medoc blend is comprised of 48% Cabernet sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet franc, and 1%, Carmenere. Maturation has taken place in oak barrels (30% new barrels) for 14-16 months. A deep purple colour, velvety and elegant tannins, floral and spicy notes.

Bouquet of blackberry, hints of smoke and pencil shavings. Medium body with fine and elegant tannin.

The 2016 Beychevelle is comprised of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. It spent 18 months aging in 50% new and 50% second use barrels. Medium to deep garnet-purple coloured, it is a little broody to begin, opening slowly to reveal subtle savoury notes of dried herbs, charcuterie and black olives before breaking through to a profound core of warm cassis, baked black plums, red currant jelly and candied violets. The palate is medium-bodied and delicately played with a quiet intensity of tightly wound nuances and fantastic freshness, finishing with a lingering savoury lift. This latent beauty will require a bit more time than most 2016's, but it promises to over-deliver to those prepared to wait.

The 2017 Château Beychevelle Grand Cru AOC Saint-Julien Bordeaux contains 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. Chateau Beychevelle 2017 has a very deep purple colour. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruit. The purity of the fruit, the finesse of the tannins and elegant oaky notes come together to offer silky palate. Chateau Beychevelle 2017 is a harmonious marriage between the elegance and precision of Cabernet Sauvignon and the generosity and roundness of Merlot.

Wine Advocate-Parker (94-96+): The deep garnet-purple coloured 2018 Beychevelle wafts sensuously from the glass with fragrant Black Forest cake, potpourri, star anise and black tea scents over a core of black raspberries, warm blackcurrants and kirsch with touches of fallen leaves and lavender. Full-bodied and packed with fragrant red and black fruit layers, it has a firm, velvety texture and fantastic freshness lifting the very long, perfumed finish. Beautiful! Anticipated time in barrel is 18 months, 60% new and 40% second fill. The tentative blend is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 49% Merlot, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, and 2% Cabernet franc. Maturation has occurred in 60% new barrels. The 2019 vintage has good, strong colours, well-defined, fresh fruit, and a more moderate alcohol content than the previous vintage; their tannic structures reveal impressive elegance and depth. The volumes harvested enabled a very rigorous selection - around 55% - to produce a grand vin in the tradition of its predecessors.

Château Beychevelle 2020 has a brilliant violet colour. A generous, harmonious wine, that's surprisingly accessible in its early years. The nose has notes of blackberry, black cherry and dark chocolate. It is both powerful and silky, fresh, fruity and long on the palate. A fine example of the destiny of the Grands Terroirs.

A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from older vines. Oak aged for 6-10 months. This medium-bodied wine has integrated tannins and soft fruit flavours meaning it is a pleasure to drink now.

The 2016 blend is 55% Merlot, 35% Cabenet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon (vines organically certified) picked from the 26th of September to the 15th of October and matured in 60% new oak. Aromas of red and black fruit, with some flint and graphite notes that integrate with black fruit on the palate. "Unlike other vintages of Canon La Gaffelière, I feel that this will require four to five years in bottle. As good as the 2015 last year, it might even surpass it." - The Wine Advocate

This Saint-Emilion blend is comprised of 49% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Franc, and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging has occurred in new oak barrels (60%) on the lees for 16 months. Deep, dark, ruby-red colour. Aromas of plum and black fruits. On the palate cedar notes and rounded tannins. On the palate, black currant, blackberry and plum fruit with tobacco at the finish.

Very complex bouquet with lots of spices and black fruits lifted by great floral hints. The 2020 Château Canon La Gaffelière is a elegant full-bodied wine with juicy and silky tannins. Racy and long, fresh chalky finish.
