Avant Garde is a limited edition series. The combination of aging the cognac first in French oak, then deep char bourbon casks gives a warming aromatic expression of vanilla crème, sweet marmalade and caramel, followed by flavours of subtle and smoky leather and sweet orange.

The long finish expresses all the complexity of the cognac’s blending and its long aging process.

In a blend of mature eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne, Antique sets out to be different. A perpetual conversation between the fruit and oak reveals notes of hazelnut, ripe quince and mild spices, appearing amid accents of fig tart and blonde tobacco. Mischievous complexity comes into being, along with sleek vivacity.

Paul John XO is made from the famed Ugni Blanc and the rich Bangalore purple grape. The brandy is matured in specially selected, medium toasted new French limousine oak barrels. With gentle honey aromas, orange zest and a touch of herbs that enhance the tender raisin and sweet oak flavours, the exotic Paul John XO is matured and distilled in Goa.

Each drop represents a finely tuned craft passed down from one generation of Cellar Master to the next. It has been slowly aged in old Limousin tiercons (traditional aged French oak casks). Every sip is a taste of time. The hand-crafted decanter from the finest European crystal house is individually numbered and unique.
