Bottega Pinot Grigio Rose grapes are allowed to hang longer on the vine than those used to produce a white version. The increased ripeness is responsible for the development of colour, tannin & flavour concentration. Floral notes with touches of citrus fruits & herbs.

Intense aromas of raspberry, strawberry and red currant. Red palate with refreshing bright red fruit and peppery character. Apparently dry, with attractive fruit-sweetness.

The nose is bright with aromas of fresh strawberries, white flowers and stone fruits. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied, dry, and bursts with citrus, white peach and strawberries, finishing with a crisp, mouth-watering citrus flavour.

Aged 100% in stainless steel with a hint of residual sugar. Harvested by hand. Delicate pink colour. On the nose, floral notes with hints of cherry and raspberry. It is a dry wine with great acidity and refreshing strawberry palate.

The fragrant nose reveals hints of red fruits and cherries. Noticeable acidity brings freshness to this wine.
