Château Suduiraut 2020 reveals a brilliant golden yellow colour. The nose is open to exotic fruits such as lychee, mango and pineapple, then develops more candied nuances, yellow peach, finishing with ginger and delicate woody notes. The attack is full-bodied, the palate opulent but sustained by a fine tension. There are hints of yellow peach and candied apricot. The finish is velvety, spicy and yellow-fruited.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

This Pessac-Leognan blend is comprised of 53% Sauvignon Blanc and 47% Semillon. Maturation occurred in stainless steel vats (30%) and oak barrel (30% new oak barrel on the lees for 9 months. The nose and palate are elegant with ripe/juicy William pear, lemon, lychee, yellow peach, and a hint of minerality.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. Citric aromas of grapefruit laced with notes of passion fruit and subtle hints of herbs are predominant on the nose. This vertical wine feels dry and edgy on the palate, with light mineral notes and a great acidity that gives it nerve and freshness.

Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from our cool-climate vineyards in the Aconcagua Region. a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose citrus, green apple, guava and fresh herbal notes. The citric notes and green apple and herbal touches dominate the palate.

Stone-fruits and citrus flavours build to a pleasingly round mouth-feel before being carried to a dry finish by fresh acidity.

Our Gewürztraminer is rich and complex. It is made with a traditional taste profile, so it is just a bit sweet with crisp acidity. There are aromas of tangerine, mango and orange spice, joined by pineapple, baked pear and a bit of cinnamon.
