A marriage of whisky aged in Sauternes wine casks together with classic Ardbeg aged in ex-bourbon casks. Smoked lemon peel, apricot and balsamic vinegar notes.

Maturation has occurred in double charred oak casks, Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and experimental BBQ casks. Notes of smoked ham, grilled artichokes, flamed steak and cinnamon dusted expresso.

This 21 year old single malt is triple distilled and aged in second fill sherry casks. To the nose: ripe gooseberry, citrus peel, sweet vanilla, oak and fresh cut barley notes. Light chocolate, soft green fruit, dried citrus peel and a twist of old oak and honey greet the palate. Beautifully balanced whisky.

To the eye a burished chestnut colour. On the nose, notes of Freesia, dried geranium and lilies merge with the aromas of citrus fruits, followed by the sweeter notes of acacia honey, apple pie, vanilla pods and cream. The complex palate iniatially starts dry with floral notes, like carnations then developing into sweeter notes of lemon merigue, grilled almonds and light crème caramel fudge with a hint of pepper, nutmeg, oak and light coconut. The finish is long with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.

Initial notes of lemon peel, poached peaches and vanilla giving way to indulgent tones of treacle, salted toffee, antique oak, roasted chestnuts and soft leather. Rich palate with hints of cocoa beans intermingled with sundried raisins, Muscovado sugar, red berries and an elegant layer of peat smoke. Long and sweet finish with lingering oak spices and sea salt.

Burnished gold colour with aromas of ripe papaya, caramelized mango and molasses. On the palate a bounty of tropical fruits with drizzling honey and warm Islay peat smoke.

Deep Mahogany colour. Papaya, passion fruit, cocoa and butterscotch on the nose. Flavours include: cocoa, tobacco leaves, walnut cake, butterscotch and subtle Islay peat smoke. Long, rich and luxurious finish.

Aromas of sherry-soaked raisins, cocoa, orange marmalade, Christmas spices, cherry blossom, maraschino cherries and liquorice. On the palate warm pear, fruitcake, cocoa, and a sprinkling of sea salt.

Aged 29 years. Orange barley sugars, ginger nut biscuits and lemon meringue pie are followed by sweet apricot jam and marzipan. The toasted oak brings smooth chocolate and vanilla notes. Beautifully complemented with syrupy fruit, raisins, plum and melon. Over time, iodine and a hint of coconut come through, with a delicate oak spices of warming ginger and cinnamon. A velvet texture, the depth and balance of this single malt glides across the palate.

Bright citrus, smoke and a distinct minerality come through on the palate, followed by charred oak and beach bonfire embers. Toffee and creamy vanilla are balanced with the earthy smoke, with bright notes of pear, gooseberry fool and green apple simultaneously adding brightness and depth. Roasted coffee, hints of clove and nutmeg begin to come to the fore, with a gentle hint of heather honey.

Bushmills 16 YO is 100% malted barley, tripled-distilled, and aged individually in seasoned, hand-selected bourbon barrels and sherry casks before being married and finished in port pipes. The whiskey has a unique port finish.

Enticing fruity aromas of sweet orange and peach, followed by notes of marzipan and nuts. Hints of rich milk chocolate orange and a fondant creaminess. Smooth, rounded and luxuriously long.

Baking spices, namely cinnamon, accompanied by bitter dark chocolate, exotic fruit sweetness, raisins and a hint of dark liquorice and orange peel on the finish.

Dark amber colour with a touch of red. Aromas include: toffee with charred undertones, matured tobacco, toasted coconut and dark chocolate. On the palate spicy overtones, leathered fruits, vanilla and caramelized wood. Warm smoky char notes on the finish.

Rich burnt umber colour. Aromas of Creme brulee, vanilla bean and light banana. On the palate light notes of charred oak, balanced with toffee, hints of white pepper and marshmallow. Long and bold finish, with heavy vanilla, caramel and charred oak.

Komos Añejo Cristalino is aged for a minimum of one year in French oak white wine barrels, then dripped through activated charcoal to refine and remove impurities, resulting in a crystal-clear, perfectly smooth tequila. This expression is made using perfectly ripe 100% Blue Weber Agave, hand-harvested from the distinct terroirs of both the highlands and lowlands of the Tequila Valley in Jalisco. The piñas are roasted in traditional stone ovens, and the aguamiel is naturally fermented and twice distilled in copper pot stills. After aging in the finest barrels, the final touch is gentle aeration which is the winemaking technique of tumbling the liquid to take on oxygen to make the mouthfeel softer and smoother, while adding a richness and roundness. Aromas of tropical fruits, citrus zest, white florals and vanillas. Pineapple, miso, stone fruit and lime on the palate with a delicate sweetness in the finish.

Komos Reposado Rosa is aged in French oak red wine barrels for two months to create a reposado unlike any other. Vibrant yellow gold in colour with aromas of sweet stewed apples topped with crisp slightly caramelized pastry, tanned leather and vanilla. On the palate sweet and spicy notes lead way to vanilla, sea salt, pork cracking and fresh ground black pepper, gentle spice and charred oak. Long warming finish.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

This release has aromas of butterscotch, caramel, clove and chocolate. On the palate vanilla, caramel, almond, woody, toasted marshmallow and chocolate. Polished round body with a warming finish.

This release has aromas of baked raisins, butter tarts, brown sugar, caramel and baked green apple. Flavours include maple, baked raisins, warm baking spices and butterscotch.
