100% Bobal grape. Raspberry red colour. Aromas include red fruit, currants, cherries, and strawberries. On the palate it is dry and very refreshing.

A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

This Cabernet offers aromas of bright cherry, currant, and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. In the glass, you will find flavours of cherry and currant and a lingering and thoughtful finish.

The unique label shows the 1953 tractor, the first wheeled tractor used at the Château de la Gardine which worked hundreds of hours with Maxime Brunel on board. Brunel de la Gardine Le Petit Maxime Côtes-du-Rhône is a fruity wine from organically grown grapes, with aromas of red fruit and a hint of red pepper.

The nose is rich with apricot, peach and tropical fruit with hints of orange rind. Delicate sweetness builds to a luxurious sensation of peach and honey and finishes with fresh notes of lychee.

On the nose, a complex of aromas including anise, cut grass, white flowers and lime citrus mingle seamlessly. Dry and full bodied, the palate is very intense and well extracted, with great tension between acidity and richness on the attack and in the middle. Crisp yellow plum, Granny Smith apple and green melon flavours are present throughout, and carry on to the finish alongside mouth-watering acidity and crushed-stone minerality.

It is a wine of dark violet colour with reddish tones. In the nose it presents intense flavours of blackberry with notes of red and black currants, and plum. The mouth highlights notes of ripe plums with soft and elegant tannins. It has an excellent structure, long and persistent finish. It goes well with red meats, sauces, cheeses and pastas.

It shows berry fruit and spice notes. The mid palate gives way to flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, mineral and toasty notes. It has a long finish with fine tannins and hints of mocha. This is a very elegant wine in style with good intensity and a nice pleasant finish.

A hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. The palate is elegant and full of character with firm yet soft and silky tannins and a fruity finish that recalls fresh black plums. Big-bodied red wines like this one, should be accompanied by full flavoured dishes such as: Wagyu Rib-eye with potatoes au gratin, Baby Goat Ribs roasted in an adobe oven or Spit-Roasted Lamb.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

In the mouth it displays a mature tenacity in balance with the acidity. Likeable, with just the right harmonious vivacity from start to finish. Finally it offers razor-sharp dairy notes and impressions of liquorice.

Rich apricots and honey on the nose with a lingering aroma of fresh peaches. On the palate more complex flavours of honey, ripe tropical fruits, and lychee are present with a well balanced sweetness. Soft citrus notes are peeking through and complement the balanced acidity in the wine. Serve chilled to approximately 12°C. Food pairings: Pair this Vidal icewine with rich flavours such as blue cheese, dark chocolate, foie gras, fresh fruits or vanilla ice-cream. This wine may also be served on it’s own as dessert.

A blend of mainly Grenache and Syrah. The vineyards have been organically certified by Ecocert. Lovely dark, garnet color. Bouquet of red berries with lots of black Grenache character. Rich and ample, fruits and spices are extremely present in mouth. Silky tannins, elegant and pleasing mouth.

Fresco Di Bianco is made with Garganega, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes. Can have slight cloudiness, as is typical for non-filtered wines. On the nose, rich aromas of white fruit, particularly pears, and flowery scents. Attractive and surprisingly full bodied on the palate, with a clear and evident fruity character, mainly based on the sweetness and acidity of pineapples. The finish is very fresh and clean.

Fresco di Masi Rosso is made with Corvina and Merlot grapes. Pale cherry red in colour. A lively, vibrant and youthful wine, with a distinctive and recognizable cherry note, which is characteristic of Veronese wine.

This 100% Pinot Grigio has citrus notes and crisp acidity.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

You will find very ripe, plummy-sweet flavours and richness in this wine. Some would also call it a bistro style, "elbows-on-the-table" wine. Great with stews, red meat or tomato-based dishes.
