Dark and concentrated in colour, with red and purple hues. The bouquet is rich aromas of blackcurrant, mint, dark chocolate, coffee bean and earth. The Palate is plush and vibrant, the textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent persistence with fruitcake, plum, and rum and raisin flavours.

Extremely dense and concentrated. Opaque purple, almost black in colour, the aroma is full of ripe black fruit, grilled bread, pencil lead, wet stones, lavender, blueberry pie and black cherry. Our wine is a tribute to the Cascade Range. Blend of Petit Sirah, Merlot, Zinfandel, and Petit Verdot. Deep plum with scarlet red highlights. Fragrant aromas of cocoa nibs, dark plum, roasted dates, caramel molasses and star anise.
