For our take on a North American IPA, we’ve squeezed every last drop of oily & resiny goodness out of our favourite American hops. Bottega Gold is a sparkling Prosecco; the Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of the province of Treviso. Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Youthful energy and eminently enjoyable for current drinking, yet age worthy to gain additional complexity over next half- decade.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

The real coconut water adds to the full aroma of lightly toasted coconuts, combined with a soft warming taste of rum, that finishes smoothly with a hint of natural sparkling water.
