Comte de Grasse has created an entirely new style of vodka-rosé using an 'innovative' flavour extraction technique. A new process, called active wine extraction (AWX), combines the flavours of rosé wine with vodka. The nose is all elegant and concentrated freshness with light wafts of strawberries. This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown organically. Young and fresh, bright pale yellow colour with green hints. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon, which anticipate a balanced and chilling mouth that culminate in a long mineral finish.

This deep amber elixir entices with a fine decadent truffle aroma followed with a bouquet of opulent summer blossoms. It is a wine of dark violet colour with reddish tones. In the nose it presents intense flavours of blackberry with notes of red and black currants, and plum. Deep cherry-red in colour with intense aromas of red fruits such as cassis and raspberries with a spicy touch of black pepper and rosemary, a light floral note of violet, and a bit of vanilla. The palate is elegant and full of character with firm yet soft and silky tannins and a fruity finish that recalls fresh black plums. Big-bodied red wines like this one, should be accompanied by full flavoured dishes such as: Wagyu Rib-eye with potatoes au gratin, Baby Goat Ribs roasted in an adobe oven or Spit-Roasted Lamb.

On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.

Stone-fruits and citrus flavours build to a pleasingly round mouth-feel before being carried to a dry finish by fresh acidity.

Glera grapes are grown organically for this sparkling Prosecco. Delicate and fragrant bouquet with delicate bubbles; hints of acacia flower aromas lead to fruity notes of banana and apple. Fresh and light with balanced acidity; harmonic, with a pleasant, crisp finish.

This is a ruby-red wine with purple highlights. The nose is packed with black fruit which include blackberries and plums as well a black pepper and cinnamon. Sweet, soft tannins merge with the fruit while a crisp freshness provides a long, tasty finish.

This 130 year old Tawny Port is a unique gem. The Special Edition is drawn from very few casks. Colheita Tawny Ports are produced from the very best single harvest and are not blended.

This release celebrates precious whisky stocks from the "ghost" distillery, Port Dundas. This liquid will be a blend of 8 malt and grain whiskies from the Johnnie Walker Blue Reserves with distinct Port Dundas characteristics: vanilla, coconut and tropical fruits.

An ultra-aged tequila, 100% from blue agave, created from a perfect selection of raw material to commemorate the tradition and history of Jose Cuervo. The agaves used to produce it are harvested in full maturity and come from a single crop field. The tequila is first aged in French and American oak barrels. It is then blended with those tequilas to be found in the legendary demijohns of the cellar. Finally it is aged for another year in sherry barrels brought from Spain.

This Extra-Añejo is made from single-estate agaves which have been matured to 12 years. It has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years up to 30 years. Aromas include: oak, fresh coffee, cocoa and dried fruit. Flavours of vanilla, toasted almonds and cinnamon unfurl on the palate and seem to go on forever.
