This wine is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months and then for an extended period in bottle. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. Cherry red colour with a thin terracotta edge, reflecting longer barrel age. Complex aromas of dark fruits, toffee and balsamic as well as some mineral notes. Silky, refreshing, well balanced fruit and noticeable spicy oak characteristics. Elegant, persistent, satisfying finish. Ageing potential 5-8years.

Intense aromas of fresh raspberry and cherry, combine with more complex aromas of prune, earthy notes and sweet spice. On the palate there are flavours of raspberries and wild berries that lead to a long spicy finish.

Deep ruby - red colour. Complex nose of mulberry and Damsons. Full - bodied with hints of leather and dried wild strawberries. Excellent balance with fruit and savoury characteristics in a long finish.

Boysenberry marmalade and cherry jam laced with subtle new oak notes. Silky velvety smooth with hints of vanilla and chocolate flavours that linger long after the last sip. Great with pulled pork sandwiches or BBQ meats with spicy sauces.

Intense colour with bright purple hues. Ripe black fruits with rich dark chocolate and vanillin smoky oak aromas. Medium to full bodied palate weight, characterised by firm tannins and a savoury masculine finish. An ideal accompaniment to red meat and premium cuts of prime beef. Will continue to improve over the next 4-6 years.

Antigal Uno Cabernet is hand harvested from heavily pruned vines in the Uco Valley of Argentina. The gravity fed technology allows for gentle handling protecting the fruits true varietal flavour and well balanced acidity. This wine is a beautiful ruby red with flashes of black. Cherry dominate flavours are underscored with white pepper, tobacco and cocoa. Tannins are robust and rounded allowing a long finish.

Uno Malbec shows the optimally ripe grapes of Antigal's high-lying Uco Valley vineyards. Intense red in colour, this wine is made in a new style of Malbec that substitutes multi-layered elegance for powerhouse intensity. The wine shows mouth-filling black and red fruit on the palate. Cedar, chocolate and vanilla spice notes are supported by smooth firm tannins.

This violet - red coloured wine offers flavours of plum, blackberry, vanilla and milk chocolate. This wine possesses great balance and supple tannins.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Ruby red in color with rich aromas of ripe fruit especially blueberries and blackberries, and tobacco and white pepper. The savory and persistent palate has mouth filling tannins and a pleasant finish of fresh fruit and cherry flavored chocolate.

Tignanello is made primarily with Sangiovese and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The 2018 is a deeply intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it's remarkably complex notes of ripe red fruits, black cherries and sour cherries that merge with sweet hints of vanilla, mint and white pepper. The palate is rich, elegant and well - balanced.

Tignanello 2019 is a deep ruby red colour. It's nose offers exceptional complexity with notes of red fruits, strawberries, pomegranate, apricots, peaches in syrup, vanilla, dried flowers, chocolate, nutmeg, coffee, caramel and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate silky, vibrant tannins, roasted coffee, bitter chocolate with a lengthy finish.

Ruby red in colour. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft and silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

Rich morello cherry and plum flavours are accented by mint, orange peel and sassafras notes in this expressive red, which has soft tannins, juicy acidity and smoky finish.

Dark garnet in colour, Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of freshly picked blueberries, ripe black cherries with subtle notes of roasted coffee, cocoa and dried spices. On the palate, the luscious supple tannins are powerful yet modern in style with layered flavours of juicy blackberry and red fruit, while nuances of black pepper, clove and vanilla bean round out the long, smooth finish. It's full - bodied and rich, balanced by fresh acidity and firm, polished tannins.

On the nose, fresh blueberry cobbler, burnt sugar, vanilla bean and a touch of earth evolve onto the palate and seamlessly display flavours of coco powder, baking spices with additional silky vanilla. The beautifully integrated tannins frame this robust Cabernet Sauvignon to reveal a luxurious full mouth feel that allows this wine to linger.

Fruity aroma, dominated by nuances of fruits of the forest and strawberry conserve. In the mouth, we find flavours identical to the aromas, integrated with a smooth tannic structure. Serve with: Light meat dishes, and cod fish, benefitting from being served cooler than a regular red wine.

This wine is extremely approachable, rich and well rounded. The nose shows hints of vanilla, pomegranate, eucalyptus and chocolate. The palate is bright and fruit forward, displaying raspberries, strawberry jam and currants.

Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

The Banrock Station Shiraz exhibits lifted aromas of raspberry & sweet plum with hints of spice supported by vanilla oak. The mid palate is rich with fruit sweetness, vanilla oak & spice complexity, ultimately finishing dry & soft.

Bursting at the seams with aromas of macerated tart cherries, pomegranate, and notes of earth and pine. Sweet and tart red fruit on the front palate leading to very subtle oak influence on the back. The finish is bright, slightly herbal and delicate.

Jammy wine with robust flavours of wild berries and currants. Hints of toasted oak and clove complete the velvety smooth finish.
