A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

Flavour profile is intense and fresh with notes of pear and lime with hints of melon and green tea. The palate is round and smooth with a fruity finish.

Dry and full bodied, the palate is very intense and well extracted, with great tension between acidity and richness on the attack and in the middle. Crisp yellow plum, Granny Smith apple and green melon flavours are present throughout, and carry on to the finish alongside mouth-watering acidity and crushed-stone minerality.

Scents of white flowers and white peach predominate, with yellow grapefruit and Honeydew melon in the background. Off-dry and medium-bodied, the palate offers juicy pink grapefruit up front, followed by a broad, concentrated middle palate of yellow plum and Mutsu apples.

This reddish purple wine from Colchagua Valley offers an expressive and very fruity to the nose, with notes of plums, berries, and dry fruits. In the mouth, this juicy blend is a delightful concentration of red and black fruits, which are in complete harmony with soft tannins. A wine of integrated character, that culminates in a chocolate finish with underlying woody and toasty hints.

This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown organically. It’s engaging in its yellow colour with golden hues. Its refreshing nose is very citric, with fruity aromas mingling with some light mineral notes. The taste is seductively complex, very fresh, with a well balanced acidity.

This Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown organically. It is appealing in its rich and deep bright red colour, and has a complex and developed nose that is governed by sweet wild fruit aromas, where notes of cherries and berries are enhanced by slight toasty hints. This Pinot definitely has a personality of its own. It’s tasteful, with soft tannins and an excellent structure.

This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown organically. Young and fresh, bright pale yellow colour with green hints. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon, which anticipate a balanced and chilling mouth that culminate in a long mineral finish.

Quite aromatic with floral notes. Very flavourable with notes of strawberries.

It is a wine of dark violet colour with reddish tones. In the nose it presents intense flavours of blackberry with notes of red and black currants, and plum. The mouth highlights notes of ripe plums with soft and elegant tannins. It has an excellent structure, long and persistent finish. It goes well with red meats, sauces, cheeses and pastas.

It shows berry fruit and spice notes. The mid palate gives way to flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, mineral and toasty notes. It has a long finish with fine tannins and hints of mocha. This is a very elegant wine in style with good intensity and a nice pleasant finish.

A hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. Ruby coloured; moderate aromas of ripe blackberry, cedar and spice; dry and medium bodied; flavours of rich blackberry and a spicy, cedar finish.

Intense ruby-red in colour with sweet aromas of ripe strawberries elegantly combined with spices such as pepper, along with subtle sweet and toasted notes from the barrel aging. The palate is firm but very silky, with elegant, well-structured tannins, great volume and a persistent finish.
