A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

Flavour profile is intense and fresh with notes of pear and lime with hints of melon and green tea. The palate is round and smooth with a fruity finish.

A wine of integrated character, that culminates in a chocolate finish with underlying woody and toasty hints.

This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown organically. It’s engaging in its yellow colour with golden hues. Its refreshing nose is very citric, with fruity aromas mingling with some light mineral notes. The taste is seductively complex, very fresh, with a well balanced acidity.

This Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown organically. It is appealing in its rich and deep bright red colour, and has a complex and developed nose that is governed by sweet wild fruit aromas, where notes of cherries and berries are enhanced by slight toasty hints. This Pinot definitely has a personality of its own. It’s tasteful, with soft tannins and an excellent structure.

This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown organically. Young and fresh, bright pale yellow colour with green hints. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon, which anticipate a balanced and chilling mouth that culminate in a long mineral finish.

A rich, bold, terroir-driven blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from select micro-blocks. Abundant spice, floral, and dark red fruit aromas, enveloping the palate with dense structure, toasted oak, fine tannins and red plum flavours.

A hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. Smooth and pleasing in texture, the opulent and rounded taste starts lightly sweet and becomes elegantly drying, with a vibrant oaky spiciness that persists in the dry finish.

This tempranillo is filled with dark plum, blueberry, game and spice characters with an elegant floral life on the nose. The palate shows lovely fruit richness and weight, enhanced by silky texture and supple tannins. Very approachable and likeable.

A clear, pale yellow wine with refreshing citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime. These mix beautifully with the subtle tropical fruit aromas, especially pineapple. Balanced, fresh and fruity on the palate, its finish is long and persistent.

Ruby coloured; moderate aromas of ripe blackberry, cedar and spice; dry and medium bodied; flavours of rich blackberry and a spicy, cedar finish.

Intense ruby-red in colour with sweet aromas of ripe strawberries elegantly combined with spices such as pepper, along with subtle sweet and toasted notes from the barrel aging. The palate is firm but very silky, with elegant, well-structured tannins, great volume and a persistent finish. Deep cherry-red in colour with intense aromas of red fruits such as cassis and raspberries with a spicy touch of black pepper and rosemary, a light floral note of violet, and a bit of vanilla. The palate is elegant and full of character with firm yet soft and silky tannins and a fruity finish that recalls fresh black plums. Big-bodied red wines like this one, should be accompanied by full flavoured dishes such as: Wagyu Rib-eye with potatoes au gratin, Baby Goat Ribs roasted in an adobe oven or Spit-Roasted Lamb.

The nose is lifted and expressive, displaying mellow red fruits, a dusty herbal perfume, and notes of mocha oak. The palate is likewise open and medium bodied with blackcurrant, olive and mulberry flavours matched by subtle notes of tobacco. Glera grapes are grown organically for this sparkling Prosecco. Delicate and fragrant bouquet with delicate bubbles; hints of acacia flower aromas lead to fruity notes of banana and apple. Fresh and light with balanced acidity; harmonic, with a pleasant, crisp finish.

This is a ruby-red wine with purple highlights. The nose is packed with black fruit which include blackberries and plums as well a black pepper and cinnamon. Sweet, soft tannins merge with the fruit while a crisp freshness provides a long, tasty finish.

Nice deep red colour. Very expressive nose, with berries fruit, caramel and vanilla notes. Mouth is rich, structured, with supple tannins. We find aromas of red fruits, vanilla and a slight hint of balsamic.

Fuedo Montepulciano pours bright brilliant red with purple hues. On the nose there are hints of small red and purple fruit along with licorice. Full bodied & well structured palate with soft well integrated tannins.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. The flavours are exceptionally complex, showing notes of lychee, melon, tropical fruits and even a suggestion of Earl Grey tea. Varietals in this blend are: Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A deep ruby red coloured wine has a fruit-forward bouquet of cherry and blue plum, accented by smoky oak, cigar box, spice, and vanilla. Finally it offers razor-sharp dairy notes and impressions of liquorice.

This Fairtrade organic wine is an elegant, intensely rich red with silky smooth black fruit flavours, as well as notes of violets, plums and cherries. This Cabernet-Bonarda has been selected for its juicy blackcurrant fruit supported by excellent structure that the Bonarda brings to any blend.
