This is a limited release for Brazen’s 5th Anniversary. A modern sour utilizing specialized Philly Yeast that creates the acidity in the fermenter. Philly Sour results in a very clean, crisp and moderately tart product, Mosaic and El Dorado hops ad a complex resiny berry, pineapple and mango character.

Mandarin Oranges are the main flavor and aroma. Wheat and Vienna provide sweet malt flavour.

This unique brew combines all the traditional qualitities and style of a Wells beer with the subtle flavour of banana. Tempting banoffee aromas tempered by a grassy, lemony nose all leading to a finely balanced, fresh, delicate flavour of peppery hops with a lingering dry finish.
