Deep garnet colour with a rich, warming bouquet of black cherry, black currant, vanilla extract, smoke, oak, black pepper and coffee bean. This red blend has a medium to full-bodied mouth-feel with soft yet drying tannins and bold, fruit-forward flavours of blueberry, black cherry, black currant and sweet spice. Notes of black tea, black currant, blackberry, spice, cocoa powder and sweet vanilla linger on the finish.

Intense colour with bright purple hues and plenty of ripe black fruits.

This easy-drinking Cabernet / Merlot has shades of dark ripe fruit, tobacco and leather. Fresh and juicy on the palate with a touch of tannin. This wine is equally delicious accompanying a formal dinner as it is while sitting in the stands, cheering on the team. Serve slightly below room temperature - 15 to 18°C. Great by itself and with dishes like pasta, pork, pizza or excellent with Herbed Barbequed Chicken or Braised Beef.

Oak plays a minor yet complimentary role supporting the wine with cedary complexity and a structural backbone leading to a long lingering fruit finish.
