Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in colour, it has a unique taste, thanks to the secret recipe, which has never been changed. Infusions of selected ingredients include bitter and sweet oranges, and many other herbs and roots in perfect proportions. Aperol's strength is in its low-alcohol content of only 11%.

A unique and unmistakable recipe has characterized Campari, the aperitif par excellence for over 150 years. The inimitable Campari recipe, used as the basis of many cocktails served worldwide, has been kept the same since its inception and remained a closely guarded secret passed down over the years. Campari is the result of the infusion of herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol water; these last two being the recipes only known ingredients.

Fernet Branca is an Amaro. Aromas include: herbal, anise, bitter orange, citrus, saffron, spice and mint. The palate has citrus marmalade flavour complemented by a blend of butterscotch, graham cracker and cocoa. The Finish is sweet and powerful accented by espresso and campfire notes.

Brilliant, acid-yellow golden colour with green tinges. The nose is reminiscent of Tic-Tac peppermint sweets with hints of anise, juniper and delicate vanilla. Anise and peppermint come to the fore on the palate, which explodes with fresh herbs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus. You are left with a lingering taste of smooth vanilla and refreshing peppermint and spice.

Amaro Montenegro is a traditional amaro distilled in Bologna, Italy. It is made from a secret blend of 40 botanicals, including vanilla, orange peels and eucalyptus. Aromas and flavours include: rose petals, dried citrus, and cherry. Not cloyingly sweet.

Clear, medium coffee colour; earthy roasted coffee, vanilla; dark roasted coffee flavour with a hint of earthiness, sweet, moderately thick.
