This is a 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc blend. It has aged for 12 mths in second fill barrels. The nose displays all the subtleties of the great Pomerol wines, mingling aromas of fresh raspberry, blackberry, black pepper, Earl Grey tea and lavender. The silky mouthfeel and lush flavours of red fruit prolong its expression on the palate. Its intensity lingers with hints of spice, liquorice and brown sugar.

It has a typical, distinctive and complex bouquet with hints of cherry conserve and vanilla, balsamic, floral and ripe fruit notes. The flavour is dry, warm and concentrated with an elegant, spicy (black pepper), toasty, lingering aftertaste. Particularly robust and rich, it can keep for a long time and still improve.

GRAHAM’S 10 Years Old Tawny has a deep tawny colour. On the nose, it shows complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious long finished.

Amber, golden tawny. Excellent bouquet with a characteristic “nutty” character and delicious mature fruit with hints of orange peel, exquisitely mellowed by careful ageing. Rich, softly sweet and smooth. Perfectly balanced, with a long and elegant finish. Pairs extremely well with nuts, dried fruits and fruitcake but also with vanilla ice cream or crème brûlée.

GRAHAM’S Late Bottled Vintage has a deep ruby colour. Rich perfumed, packed with red and black fruits of the forest. Sweet and bursting of flavours of black berries and black currants balanced by a backbone of firm tannins. With a long and lingering velvety smooth finish.

This 130 year old Tawny Port is a unique gem. The Special Edition is drawn from very few casks. Colheita Tawny Ports are produced from the very best single harvest and are not blended.

Black/purple colour. A lovely complex nose with excellent sweet and rich fruit aromas such as black cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry. On the palate packed with solid, structured, rich and intense black fruit flavours and an admirably long finish.

Merlot and Corvina grapes were hand harvested and fermentation occurred in barrels. Flavours of crushed black raspberry, black cherry, and plum compote. A medium intensity ruby coloured wine, characterised by the primary aromas of the grapes from which it is made, such as plum and black cherry, with some balsamic notes. On the palate it is a wine of great elegance and smoothness, with good fresh acidity, smooth and rounded tannins and a medium intensity palate aroma in which fruit prevails. The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

Varietals in this blend are: Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A deep ruby red coloured wine has a fruit-forward bouquet of cherry and blue plum, accented by smoky oak, cigar box, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, flavours of cherries and plum mingle with spice and sweet vanilla notes. Ripe cherry fruit, chocolate, black pepper, Chai spice, and earth notes on the finish.

The nose is dominated by intense notes of ripe berry fruit and complementary aromas of sweet spices and coffee. Ample and balanced on the palate, the wine shows silky tannins along with a sweet and spicy finish and aftertaste.

A full bodied Shiraz Cabernet with intense plum and blackberry fruit accompanied by cloves, black pepper and aniseed spice. A wine displaying rich fruit characters with savoury tannins and a lingering blackberry finish.

Raisins, dried figs and caramel aromas on the nose, with a very soft, sweet and slightly nutty flavour. Harveys Bristol Cream Sherry is full-bodied and luscious.

This Pinot Noir is bright, deep crimson in color. Mercurey has a well-rounded nose and develops aromas of jammy red berries and humus. On the palate starts quite soft and then turns into a powerful and well-structured wine with good length and beautiful tannins.

A wine with depth, medium body, acidity and sweetness. Lively and full with delicious flavours of caramel and toffee and a lasting aftertaste.

A dark, full bodied, very fruity, luscious, fragrant and very rich sipping wine. It is to be savoured as a dessert wine, with rich foods, chocolate, petit fours, with coffee and as a digestive.

A golden coloured wine. Clean aroma, good aromatic intensity, showing evolution, age, and a fruity aroma of almonds. Complex, dry palate with fresh acidity, light but with great concentration, reminiscent of almonds and other dried fruits and an extremely long finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

A combination of the fruit aromas of plum and blackberry with spice, pepper and cinnamon which then follows through onto the palate. This is a well-rounded and fruity wine featuring the rich flavours of ripe plum, blackberry jam and spices. This is balanced with vanilla and caramel flavours to result in a wine with good depth and intensity. Shiraz is a wonderful wine to couple with food and in particular succulent red meat dished and tomato-based pasta.

Bright pale straw. Clean, delicate and faintly yeast apple nose. Dry, light, crisp and smooth with a tangy fresh finish. Best served slightly chilled in a wine glass, and highly recommended with seafood, fish, smoked and cured delicacies, white meats, vinaigrette dishes and salads or simply as the perfect aperitif.

This is a blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our oldest vineyards dating from the 1969 and 1937 respectively. The nose highlights the fruity character with notes of fresh cherries and walnut, in harmony with notes of soft smoked by the French oak barrel during the ageing period. In the mouth is balanced, elegant and complex.

Here the suave Cabernet Sauvignon teams up with the more playful Shiraz varietal to be a mouthful of excellent red wine. Hints of currant berry, cassis and spicy blackberry hints abound in a juicy package that rings true. This is a good wine to have on hand for everyday fare, take-out nights or drop in weekends.

Full and generous with mix of sweet red fruits and dark chocolate. The use of Scotch Whisky barrels for finishing add complex flavours as well add an incredible smoothness to this wine.
