Conquista Oak Cask Malbec offers plum and dark cherry fruit characteristics with hints of blackberries and blueberries. The lingering finish has silky tannins, great finesse, and layers of vanilla, mocha and spices.

The dark, rich core of the 2015 Continuum has aromas of cacao, black currant, cardamom and savoury wild herb. On the palate it is layered and supple, revealing black cherry and roast espresso notes intertwined with mountain minerals and a hint of tangy orange spice. Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. Subtle subtle aromas and flavours of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.

Earthy notes combined with dark fruits, fennel and baking spice. Notes of sweeter berry fruit laced with more of those soily, forest floor notes. This GSM is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Purple violet in colour with aromas of: aniseed, licorice, dark chocolate, mocha powder, freshly ground black pepper, bay leaf, nutmeg and vanilla. Clean, clear, long and brightly flavoured and textured. On the palate dark berry fruit, powdery earthiness, balanced acidity and ripe tannins.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. The current blend is mainly the 2010 vintage ; the exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage are expressed when tasting the wine which shows a deep intense color, some scents of black fruits (mulberries, cherries) greatly backed up by a lovely integrated tanic structure, this enhancing a long and complex final.

This Malbec channels the more elegant side of life; due to the high altitude climate, one would expect a wine with more intensity, but his one is subtle with flavours of strawberry and cherry. Impressively refined and still supported by firm tannins.
