At first swirl of the glass look for top notes of vanilla, clove, toffee, and coconut, then additional notes of smoky charred oak, caramel, rye spice, and brown sugar emerge. The mouthfeel is smooth, complex, bold, and balanced, along with full-flavoured notes of smoky oak, vanilla, maple, coconut, caramel, and orchard fruit. The finish is long and lingering with a smooth texture, a hint of sweetness, and flavours of maple and toasted oak.

Whisky made the Canadian way; locally sourced grains are individually distilled, matured and blended, then finished in ice-wine casks from our Wayne Gretzky winery. This process polishes the whisky, adding rich oak and spice, along with sweet notes, balancing all of the elements to produce a refined and smooth whisky.

Then underlying notes appear suggesting toasty nutmeg spice and stone fruit. After adding a touch of water, added notes of sweet spice and dark raisin develop, complimented with a smooth maple scent. The mouth-feel is smooth, round and robust, with a touch of woody tannins for structure, along with deep notes of toasted nuts and allspice. The finish is long and lingering with a delicately sweet, smooth texture and flavours of nut and allspice.

A deep amber bronze coloured whisky. At first swirl of the glass, look for top notes of toffee, spice and grain with a touch of maple sap and sweet smoke. After adding a touch of water, added notes of orange peel, ginger, almond, cinnamon, star anise, vanilla, and tree fruit develop. The mouth-feel is smooth, rich and full, with deep notes of baked cherry, raisin, dried spice, nut and licorice root. The finish is long and lingering with a smooth texture, and flavours of spicy clove, nut and grain.
