Antigal Uno Cabernet is hand harvested from heavily pruned vines in the Uco Valley of Argentina. Bottega Pinot Grigio Rose grapes are allowed to hang longer on the vine than those used to produce a white version. The increased ripeness is responsible for the development of colour, tannin & flavour concentration. Floral notes with touches of citrus fruits & herbs.
