Crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours. This is a blend of pot and column still rums which have been aged for an average of 4 years. The first nosing passes find gentle scents of light spice and brown sugar; aeration reveals solid aromas of molasses and buttered toast. To give our tequila its unique flavour and ensure the finest quality, we use traditional pot stills for distillation. The water we use is naturally filtered in our wells to ensure no change in the tequila's flavour profile. Aged for 7 months. Soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.
