Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin fuses together spices from the Orient with local botanicals and gunpowder tea a slow-dried green tea that takes its name from the practice of rolling its leaves into small, shiny pellets and contributes a key fresh spiciness to the blend.

Baking spices, namely cinnamon, accompanied by bitter dark chocolate, exotic fruit sweetness, raisins and a hint of dark liquorice and orange peel on the finish.

Aromas of butterscotch, caramel fondue, and vanilla bean jumps from the glass. The lush palate coats the mouth with flavours of coffee with fresh cream, dulce de leche, coconut, maple, and Belgian waffles.

A grappa produced from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Distilled in small batches in a copper pot still, this is subject to a double maturation. Firstly being matured for four years in barriques before a 6 month finishing period in barrels previously used for Sassicaia, the famed Super-Tuscan wine.

La Gritona Reposado has rested for 8 months in oak. the taste is herbaceous, with agave notes, and the finish is round with no burn.

Aromas of blackstrap molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut, and toffee with a subtle layer of ripe pineapple. On the palate, buttery upon entry and followed by sweet sugar cane, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisin and fig. The agaves used for this tequila have been growing for between 8 and 10 years. Complex notes of cooked agave, vanilla, coconut, grapefruit and lemon; hints of English mint, fruit compote of cherry, peach and pineapple. Velvety and intense on the palate.

Islay peat smoke and sea salt on the nose, followed by warming leather notes, stewed rhubarb and a wonderful vanilla sweetness in the mouth, leading to a rich lingering finish.
