With honey and amber glowing from a tall, slender bottle, this whisky is a delight to the eye. The nose is grainy and light, with a nice blend of fruit and spice balanced by a slight earthiness. On the palate, honey and brown sugar sweetness is prominent, with dark fruits (plums, cherries) underneath. Mouthfeel is very oily, having a viscous feel on the tongue. A hint of vanilla and molasses appears on the finish, which is quick to fade. All in all, this whisky is smooth and well-balanced.

Patient extra aging takes place in white oak barrels, and careful selection of whisky stocks. Copper pot is bottled at 43% alc./vol. to complement the depth of flavours in this bold whisky.

On the nose, you find gentle spice with ripe banana aromas. Mid palate is smooth with notes of banana, oak, and spice. Finish is medium bodied with great structure and balance.

Jim Beam is a medium-bodied, copper in colour bourbon. With touches of minerals, dried herbs, nutmeg and dried citrus it becomes tight on the palate, it displays plenty of spice with its brisk, refreshing style.

Three Swallow is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in mainly 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. Pot Still spice combines with crisp barley character. Delicate herbs give way to green banana and grapefruit while a nutty note of marzipan reflects the wood contribution of specially selected casks. An initial taste delivers smooth mouth-coating barley followed by an eruption of green apple and citrus notes. Herbs and spicy flavours are complemented by a touch of cedar wood for extra complexity.

Aromas of pepper, toffee, apricot, spicy rye, lemon, honey, and oak . Flavours of sugar cane, candied orange/peaches, vanilla, spice, caramel, dark fruit, and peppercorn. The finish is long.

Rich mahogany in colour with layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins on the nose. Notes of mocha linger in the background lead into bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damson on the pallet. Lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates persist in the lengthy finish.

This is a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskeys. Zesty spice aromas, with black pepper and peach notes. The pot still spice comes through on the palate, with dark chocolate and bourbon oak notes. The finish lingers pleasantly with hints of oak and butterscotch.
