This 15 YO Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been finished in Jamaican pot still rum casks. On the nose: cornbread, cocoa nibs, tobacco leaf, and an abundance of maple syrup. The palate delivers dried apricot, and sandalwood, with a nutty richness and a finish of toasted coconut, holiday spice, and toasted oak.

On the nose, you find gentle spice with ripe banana aromas. Mid palate is smooth with notes of banana, oak, and spice. Finish is medium bodied with great structure and balance.

Careful oak cask ageing gives the wine an ultimate dimension that turns it into an irresistible one. This is a characteristic Malbec varietal, a full body wine, with a complex structure, with surprising notes of red berries eucalyptus spice and black pepper. After a year in the bottle, it becomes more unctuous in character, intense and concentrated.

The wine shows a pale yellow hue, with greenish reflections. The bouquet shows off all the varietal characteristics: citrus at the start and then nuances of pineapple, mango and passion fruit. It is dry, sweet and round in the mouth, with balanced acidity and a long finish.

The Louis M. Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep burgundy colour with aromas of dark fruits, smoky cedar and dried herbs. Concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackberry are framed nicely by cedar and toast notes on the finish.

This wine has ripe flavours of black plum jam and black currant, a reflection of the warmer vintage. Hints of oak and a touch of baking spice support the fruit.

A bit stronger and bolder than the original Maker's Mark, Maker's Mark NO 46 has a rich, creamy seared-oak flaovor. Caramel and vanilla notes linger on the front of the palate, but it is still soft enough to hold on the tongue.
