Lively, aromatic, and grain-forward, with bright notes of red fruits, black currant, and roasted caraway seeds. Lots of depth on the palate, with baked raspberry and blackberry notes. It's hot and spicy, but water quells it without losing the spice explosion, red berry notes, and roasted rye. Warm and more mellow on the finish, with excellent integration of oak, coffee, and bitter chocolate. Spice and tartness, with ably balanced fruit.

Aromatic with notes of blackberry, cassis and black cherry, along with hints of violets, white pepper and rose petals. The seamlessly layered flavours build to a crescendo of fresh and juicy dark fruits ascended with touches of orange zest, licorice and dark chocolate. Beautifully balanced, the smooth, round tannins and fresh acidity combine to create a soft, creamy mouthfeel.

The Opus One 20I9 has intense aromas of black currant, blueberry, black plum, and dried rose petals, accentuated by mineral undertones. The creamy, satiny texture is framed by fine-grained tannins. The freshness and so glow of acidity create a subtle tension with dark fruit flavors, savory herbs, espresso, and cocoa. A delicate dark chocolate bitterness lingers on the finish.

This release is a blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Grenache. Maturation for 8 months in French and American Oak. To the eye, an opaque core with a red amethyst rim. Opening aromas of red raspberry, blackberry, dark plum reserves, alongside wisps of black pepper and cloves. Hefty palate with blueberry, black cherry, thyme, savory and tarragon. The finish is long with ripe tannins.

Our Manitoba Berry Old Tom is created using a base of our London Dry Gin along with a blend of locally grown Saskatoon berries and sustainably sourced hibiscus flowers. The result is a lightly candied mix of sweet fruit and spicy, floral flavours.

Original 3 Citrus Gin is distilled with aged mandarin peels, pomelo skins from Thailand and citron and Buddha's hand from California. This gin has a bright burst of fresh, zesty citrus notes layered with a crisp juniper flavor.

Plush and smooth, the mouthfeel is round and filled with luscious layers of red cherry and strawberry that are complemented by notes of brown spice.

Very dark very dense. Blackberries and other black fruit aromas mingle with interesting and complicated scents of violets, forest floor, and aromatic spices.

The Vintners Blend has a somewhat smoky and savoury character at the core of chocolate, peppery spices and blackberry aromas. In the mouth, the entry is smooth and then it picks up some texture mid-palate. The finish is long and trails berry and mocha flavours. Pair with hearty mole chili.

Our new “Red Wine of the World”, this red blend is sourced from famed regions of southern Australia, the Barossa Valley, and McLaren Vale. Mostly Shiraz with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, Transit 1 is bold yet nuanced, featuring scents of smoky meat, chocolate, and wet soil. A hint of mint on the palate.

Manitoba 2017 vintage dry mead is Organic blackcurrant-cassis grown on our homestead, fermented with nectars gathered by honey bees and collected by cooperative apiarists.  No sulphites nor other additives.

Produced from organic Haskap Berries. Dark red colour. Tart and sweet with excellent balance. Flavourful wine with low tannins. No Sulphite added.

Pale yellow in colour, pear and lemon on the nose, and bosc pear and tart lemon on the palate.
