Vitrum Cabernet sauvignon has aromas of bright red fruit, black cherry and blackberry framed by spicy notes of black pepper, currants and hints of tobacco and cedar. Bold and full-bodied on the palate with firm fine grained tannins, this structured wines offers lush, black cherry and cassis that carry through to a long and fresh finish. It has an intriguing character that will continue to develop for years to come. Decanting is suggested.

Abundant flavours of ripe cherries and plums up front, highlight balanced acidity, soft tannins and good structure. The grapes for our Eyzaguirre wines were grown at our vineyard called San Jorge, which is located in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. Deep burgundy in colour with aromatics of red apples and raspberries. On the palate, bright fresh cherries with toasty elements and just a hint of pepper.

Maturation in our handcrafted white oak barrels, the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring, creates Woodford Reserve Double Oaked - a smooth, full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices; a long and creamy finish with lingering hints of honeyed apple.

Five sources of flavour have been customized for this craft bourbon. The first includes mineral rich iron-free water. The second ingredient is a unique grain recipe including corn, malted barley and rye which gives it its feisty spice character. The third is our unique cypress fermenters, the fourth is we distill in our customized copper pot stills, and lastly we mature in our own white oak barrels.
