The Riesling Icewine has an abundance of vibrant aromatics including peach, pear and lime. On the palate, notes of honey, apricot and mango are balanced by a crisp and lively acidity.

This Icewine is billowing with ripe peaches and apricots on the nose combined with delicious overtones of marmalade and candied brown sugar. Perfect on its own as a dessert or an excellent match to fresh fruit, rich pâté or fine blue-veined and cream-based cheeses.

Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

The Cabernet Franc Icewine has a rich, aromatic nose of strawberry, cranberry and cherry. The palate has deeper, more complex flavours of pepper that balances the sweetness. This sweet wine is well balanced with good acidity in the finish. Serve chilled to approximately 12C. Food pairing: This rich Cabernet Franc Icewine is excellent on its own to complete any meal! If you are pairing it with food, try it with a fresh strawberry tart, cherry cheesecake or chocolate mousse.

A Merlot with great aromatic intensity, plum and blackberry jam mixed with spicy hints of vanilla and liquorice. A very attractive and elegant palate, enriched with toasted notes acquired through its oak ageing and a long aftertaste with lingering spices.

Cordillera Carmenere has its origin in the famous Terroir of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. Intense, ruby colour. On the nose there is a wonderful fruits of the forest, eucalyptus, leather, toasted notes of bay and clove, licorice, and black pepper. Very ample palate with rounded tannins and flavourful with notes of bay leaves and mint.

Intense, dark ruby colour. Exquisite aroma with classical notes of wild fruit preserves, blackberries, and hints of leather. On the palate it has great elegance, with smooth tannins and a prolonged fruit and spicy aftertaste that finalises with notes of toasted bread.

Rich and refreshing, the tropical notes are balanced by crisp acidity and flavours of lemon, lime and tangerine. The Reserve Chardonnay has been partially barrel fermented and aged sur lie in American and French oak for seven months.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

On the nose it’s an elegant, complex and intense wine with violets and red fruits, evocations of blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and cigar box aromas while its affinity with oak lends vanilla and coffee notes, producing a wine in perfect balance of real finesse and class. A really outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. Highly recommended with red meats, Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pan-roasted veal chops with cabernet sauce, dark chocolate.

A deep yellow colour, very clean and bright. The nose features standout ripe tropical fruit notes of pineapple, banana and apricot and the asparagus and artichoke hearts typical of coastal-climate wines. The 12 months in French oak confers elegant notes.

The wine presents a deep ruby-red colour. The predominant aromas are of ripe red and black fruit, such as strawberry, cherry, and cassis. Deep in the background there is a subtle hint of mint and candy. The 18 months’ ageing in French barrels adds elegant notes of tobacco and toast that are well balanced with the fruit. The ageing process softens the potency of the wine, giving the palate beautiful balance and silkiness, with body and flavour that linger, in line with the aromas. There’s a dairy note similar to dulce de leche that adds lushness and a very nice finish.

This new vintage of our Purple Angel has all of the character and complexity we are accustomed to. With an intense and deep carmine-red colour, the wine delivers a pool of fresh fruit aromas, such as blackberry, blueberry, red plum, and ripe cherry. There are also bakery, candied, and subtle spice notes that mix well with the aromas from the French oak, including balanced toast, vanilla, and mocha. The palate is balanced and vibrant, with complex body and extremely smooth tannins.

The 18 months of contact with French oak add strong notes of sweet spice, pink pepper, coffee, and tobacco, which are well paired with the fruit notes. Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. The palate is densely packed with flavour - this is high-impact wine to be sure, broad, voluptuous, and ambitiously made. We start with corn grains and after multiple distillations we put the liquid into charred used bourbon barrels. After 20 years we have drawn and blended from our cherished reserves, we then age a further 6 months in sherry barrels and create a smooth, luxurious depth of flavour rich in oak, spices, and a light fruit sweetness.

With a deep and beautiful violet colour, this wine represents a great combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Syrah. The nose presents fresh plum and dark chocolate notes, both very well integrated with spice aromas. Round tannins on the palate and a wonderful background of barrel ageing, ends with a persistent and complex finish.

Each varietal lot was kept separate and then aged carefully for 20 months before blending, racking and bottling. Always unfined and unfiltered to best show the terroir. Rich black fruits mixed with spicy notes and classic Similkameen minerality.

Our Manitoba Berry Old Tom is created using a base of our London Dry Gin along with a blend of locally grown Saskatoon berries and sustainably sourced hibiscus flowers. The result is a lightly candied mix of sweet fruit and spicy, floral flavours.

Original 3 Citrus Gin is distilled with aged mandarin peels, pomelo skins from Thailand and citron and Buddha's hand from California. This gin has a bright burst of fresh, zesty citrus notes layered with a crisp juniper flavor.

Fresh hay and butter on the nose, with a creamy vanilla and a little burnt sugar on the palate. The finish has hints of crème brûlée or butterscotch.

The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.
