Rich apricots and honey on the nose with a lingering aroma of fresh peaches. On the palate more complex flavours of honey, ripe tropical fruits, and lychee are present with a well balanced sweetness. Soft citrus notes are peeking through and complement the balanced acidity in the wine. Serve chilled to approximately 12°C. Las Lamas comes from 3 plots, between 60 and 100 years, situated on the same estate. The vines grow on steep slopes and on slate soils, cultivated following the principles of Biodynamic agriculture. The winemaking process is carried out in large wooden vats, without large extractions and treading the grapes with a press, allowing them to ferment with native yeasts. The wine is then decanted into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged.

Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep colour and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savoury and rich.

This whisky is finished in heavily charred barrels giving it a deep amber colour. Aromas include: tree fruit, pear, apple, sourdough rye, honey, vanilla, and oak wood. The body complex with flavours of rye spices, white pepper, clove, walnuts, toasted sugar and charred wood. Long smooth finish.

Deep black-cherry colour, almost opaque. Very elegant, complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and lots of spice. It is smooth and round in the mouth, with tannins which are firm, yet silky and very sweet and which envelop the whole palate. The finish is lingering, fresh and balanced with a hint of fine elegant tannins.

Cherry-red colour with good robe. Spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, with notes of ripe dark berries and light toasted nuances. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak. This wine goes well with ham, mild cheeses, casseroles which are not highly spiced, bean and pulse dishes, poultry, red meat, grills and roasts. Best served at between 16º and 18ºC.

Pineapple, apricot and coconut mingle on the palate with hints of orange blossom and almond. Rich and refreshing, the tropical notes are balanced by crisp acidity and flavours of lemon, lime and tangerine. The Reserve Chardonnay has been partially barrel fermented and aged sur lie in American and French oak for seven months.

The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. The palate is densely packed with flavour - this is high-impact wine to be sure, broad, voluptuous, and ambitiously made. Alcohol is high but integrated, while tannIns are thick and velvety, supported by sufficient acids. Big, bold, beautiful, balanced, decidedly west coast style red, drink or hold into the late' the 20s or beyond.

The stemmed grapes are crushed softly by a light maceration before going to press. Only free-run juice was used. This attractive wine was powered by the wish to produce a subtle fruity, floral and dry Rose.

We start with corn grains and after multiple distillations we put the liquid into charred used bourbon barrels. After 20 years we have drawn and blended from our cherished reserves, we then age a further 6 months in sherry barrels and create a smooth, luxurious depth of flavour rich in oak, spices, and a light fruit sweetness.

Light and incredibly refreshing, our Manitoba Lambic is a smooth lemon sour with cider, wine notes and lots of tartness and funk.

Each varietal lot was kept separate and then aged carefully for 20 months before blending, racking and bottling. Always unfined and unfiltered to best show the terroir. Rich black fruits mixed with spicy notes and classic Similkameen minerality.

This rich full-bodied wine features a deep intense ruby colour, and deliciously persistent aromas of ripe red raspberry, dark chocolate with toasty caramel and vanilla notes. Opulent notes of blackberry fruit, spice and pepper grace the palate with a well-rounded tannin structure and fruit-driven lingering finish.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours.
