The gravity fed technology allows for gentle handling protecting the fruits true varietal flavour and well balanced acidity. This wine is a beautiful ruby red with flashes of black. Cherry dominate flavours are underscored with white pepper, tobacco and cocoa. Tannins are robust and rounded allowing a long finish.

Uno Malbec shows the optimally ripe grapes of Antigal's high-lying Uco Valley vineyards. Intense red in colour, this wine is made in a new style of Malbec that substitutes multi-layered elegance for powerhouse intensity. The wine shows mouth-filling black and red fruit on the palate. Cedar, chocolate and vanilla spice notes are supported by smooth firm tannins.

This violet - red coloured wine offers flavours of plum, blackberry, vanilla and milk chocolate. This wine possesses great balance and supple tannins.

Ruby red in colour. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft and silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

This cut of Apothic is a fragrant and succulent blend, snipped fresh from the vine to create ripe flavours of strawberry and watermelon. Apothic Rose derives its vibrant hue from an ancient winemaking practice called saignee, which means 'to bleed' intense colour from the grape's red skin. This limited release rose is best enjoyed chilled.

Crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours. This is a blend of pot and column still rums which have been aged for an average of 4 years. The first nosing passes find gentle scents of light spice and brown sugar; aeration reveals solid aromas of molasses and buttered toast. The palate entry is delicious, rich and toasty; the midpalate features elegant flavours of toasted honey-wheat bread, honey and refined sugar. The finish is more bittersweet than sweet.

An explosion of crackling peat sets off millions of flavour explosions on the tongue: peat effervesces with tangy lemon and lime juice, black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee. This is followed by a wave of brine infused with smooth buttermilk, ripe bananas and currants. Smoke gradually wells up on the palate bringing a mouthful of warm creamy cappuccino and toasted marshmallows. As the taste lengthens and deepens, dry espresso, liquorice root and tarry smoke develop coating the palate with chewy peat oils.

Ardbeg An Oa is singularly rounded, due to time spent in their newly established bespoke oak gathering vat, where whiskies from several cask types, familiarize themselves with each other. The result is a dram with smoky power, mellowed by a delectable, smooth sweetness. Hallmark Ardbeg peat, dark chocolate and aniseed are wrapped in smooth, silky butterscotch, black pepper and clove, before rising to an intense crescendo of flavour.

The complex nose boasts fresh herbs, hints of vanilla, pear, fresh cracked black pepper, honey glazed ham, Turkish coffee and pine notes. It is rich on the palate with lots of chocolate, tar smoked back and eucalyptus. The finish is long with hints of cocoa, fudge and savoury meats.
