This homegrown Pinot Blanc tempts with aromas of ripe apples, pears and peaches with hints of citrus and flavours of apples, melon and pineapple chased with minerals and grapefruit on the finish. Bright, fresh and lively, it’s a sure thing with crab cakes, salmon, spot prawns or grilled chicken.

This red wine is very dark and densely coloured with attractive purple tints. The aromatic profile is a symphony of black fruited splendor, including black cherry, cassis, black berry, and blueberry pie complexed by notes of vanilla, violets, apricot, and baking spices. On the palate, the wine is plush, silky and sumptuous, with fruit-driven intensity and tremendous length of flavour woven through a matrix of abundant tannins in a medium to full bodied frame.

Under the purplish red colour, the nose is medium and complex. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and woody red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases smooth tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.

This medium to almost full-bodied Pinot Gris has a round rich mouth-feel that is almost oily in texture. Wonderful flavours of melon, pear and peach fill the mouth. Notes of melon, tangerine and spice linger on the smooth finish. Serve lightly chilled at 14 to 16C. Deep garnet colour with a bouquet of blackberry, plum and sweet baking spice. This medium to full-bodied wine has drying tannins, good structure and a round, rich mouth-feel. Shot in the Dark is crafted from a blend of grapes from vineyards carefully selected by John Quarisa. The grapes were fermented to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. This wine is a deep brick red, with notes of blackberry and blueberry with a hint of cinnamon spice. The palate is oozing dark black fruit with ripe tannins and well integrated oak.
