The whiskey is rich and dark with an aroma of baked apples, toasted oak and baking spices. The entry follows suit with a slightly sweet entry that immediately turns to dry, cut oak and a little smoke. Finely crafted apple liqueur blended with Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey. Aromas of crisp green apple and classic old No. 7, caramel, oak and a soft spice. Tastewise, it shows the crispness of fresh cut green apples combined with warm caramel and toffee that balance the classic spice of old No. 7. The finish is rich and smooth with sweet apples and a touch of toasted oak.

Dark Amber in colour with aromas of walnut husks, chocolate-mocha, black liquorice, red apple and chai. On the palate French vanilla, pecan, dried fruit, cut wood, earthy-herbal and leather. Chocolate nut bar creeps into the finish. Rich and velvety.

Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

This unoaked chardonnay is aged completely in stainless steel tanks. Light and fresh. Crisp notes of green apple, peach and citrus are found on the nose, with a lively acidity on the palate.

The Cabernet Franc Icewine has a rich, aromatic nose of strawberry, cranberry and cherry. The palate has deeper, more complex flavours of pepper that balances the sweetness. This sweet wine is well balanced with good acidity in the finish. Serve chilled to approximately 12C. Food pairing: This rich Cabernet Franc Icewine is excellent on its own to complete any meal! If you are pairing it with food, try it with a fresh strawberry tart, cherry cheesecake or chocolate mousse.

Soft citrus notes are peeking through and complement the balanced acidity in the wine. Serve chilled to approximately 12°C. The key to the intense flavours and spicy aromas in this wine are the mature grapes and modern technology which allows for strict temperature control during fermentation: its gentle agitation of the wine extracts more colour and tannin from the skins, and the partial pressure this vessel is under during the time of fermentation allows higher concentration of fruit flavours to remain in the wine. Finally, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel room, which stabilizes its red colour and enhances its firm tannic finish. This Cabernet Franc is best served with pasta or red sauce, barbecued foods, roast beef or lamb.

It is an ideal balance of cool-climate acidity with a fragrant orchard fresh aroma and a delicate peach bouquet. It makes a perfect complement to appetizers, seafood, cheese and light meats"

This Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc blend is medium straw in colour with an enticing nose of stone fruit with a tropical hint. This wine is richly textured with notes of pear and toasted almond and a pleasant lingering finish.
