Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

Here the suave Cabernet Sauvignon teams up with the more playful Shiraz varietal to be a mouthful of excellent red wine. Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

This unoaked chardonnay is aged completely in stainless steel tanks. Light and fresh. Crisp notes of green apple, peach and citrus are found on the nose, with a lively acidity on the palate.

The Cabernet Franc Icewine has a rich, aromatic nose of strawberry, cranberry and cherry. The palate has deeper, more complex flavours of pepper that balances the sweetness. This sweet wine is well balanced with good acidity in the finish. Serve chilled to approximately 12C. Food pairing: This rich Cabernet Franc Icewine is excellent on its own to complete any meal! If you are pairing it with food, try it with a fresh strawberry tart, cherry cheesecake or chocolate mousse.

The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The finish is long and smooth with ripe tannins, elegance and finesse. Best to drink within four to five years.
