Our 2012 Pfeiffer Shiraz is vibrant purple-red in colour, with an inviting nose of dark fruits and spice. The palate is rich and robust, with lovely depth across the mid-palate and a lingering spice on the finish.

On the palate, notes of red current, raspberry, Mariposa plum, cranberry and vanilla. Well - balanced with subtle oak flavour and possessing soft tannins.

This medium to almost full-bodied Pinot Gris has a round rich mouth-feel that is almost oily in texture. Wonderful flavours of melon, pear and peach fill the mouth. Deep garnet colour with a bouquet of blackberry, plum and sweet baking spice. This medium to full-bodied wine has drying tannins, good structure and a round, rich mouth-feel. Ripe red and black fruits are complemented by notes of smoke and spice on the palate. Black tea, plum and blueberry flavours linger through on the finish. Enjoy with grilled steaks and sautéed mushrooms or burgers topped with mushrooms.

Shot in the Dark is crafted from a blend of grapes from vineyards carefully selected by John Quarisa. The grapes were fermented to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. This wine is a deep brick red, with notes of blackberry and blueberry with a hint of cinnamon spice. The palate is oozing dark black fruit with ripe tannins and well integrated oak.
