With a rye content of 95%, well past the 51% required for the category, we’ve recreated the classic American whiskey that ruled our glasses before Prohibition. Aromas and flavours include citrus, toasted oakn a bit of spice and mint.

Our bourbon has a rye content of 21%, giving it a light but distinct hint of spice. Additional aromas and flavours include: caramel, spice, over-ripe banana and cracked black pepper.

Under the purplish red colour, the nose is medium and complex. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and woody red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases smooth tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.

Aromas of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper. Subtle notes of candies spices and citrus. The big finish is smooth with hints of licorice.

Sweet flavours, citrus, and sweet vanilla, caramel, popcorn, massive peanut butter notes, and toffee. The finish is lingering, warm and somewhat dry with a subtle bite evolving into notes of vanilla, peanut butter, caramel, butterscotch, coffee, subtle oak and whiskey flavours.

Shot in the Dark is crafted from a blend of grapes from vineyards carefully selected by John Quarisa. The grapes were fermented to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. This wine is a deep brick red, with notes of blackberry and blueberry with a hint of cinnamon spice. The palate is oozing dark black fruit with ripe tannins and well integrated oak.

Deep garnet-purple in colour. Notes of blackcurrant cordial, blueberry preserves and spearmint with touches of eucalyptus and espresso. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, it has a lively acidic backbone and a medium level of fine-grained tannins finishing with lingering minted berry notes.

A true expression of Chardonnay grown in McLaren Vale. This wine demonstrates a combination of white stone fruits and citrus on the nose. Tropical fruits with some rockmelon, tight acidity and some French oak stretch out to the back palate, followed by tight acidity and whispery French oak stretching out to the end.

Clear in colour. Rich, strawberry cream pie, gelato and waxy honeycomb with a satiny, fruity sweet medium body and a long, creamy dried strawberry, mineral and nut oil accented finish. Very clean, flavourful and balanced.

An expressive, flavourful wine straight from the Australian heartland. It is garnet coloured and has a full, robust palate with soft tannins. You will enjoy its slightly woody, berry flavour. It has a floral bouquet with hints of vanilla and berries.

Distinct varietal aromas of pear and passion fruit with delicate floral perfumes. This is a refreshing white wine featuring delightful flavours of ripe pear and green apple. It is a nicely balanced wine that delivers a clean citrus finish typical of the Pinot Grigio style.

Southern Comfort is a New Orleans Liqueur made from neutral spirits with fruit, spice and whisky flavourings. It is a full bodied, full proof spirit, with light citrus and stone fruit notes; touch of warm spice, cinnamon and herbal notes, with hints of caramel.

Attractive medium-bodied wine, full of exuberant cherry aromas and ripe red and black berry fruit on the palate. Rich, balanced, with good length, and a juicy, peppery finish.

This Pinot Grigio is light straw in colour with a distinct pale hue. The lifted aromas are characterized by citrus, green pear and hints of spice. Pale straw with green hues. The nose shows hints of white peach and grapefruit with a subtle nuttiness from the oak influence. The palate shows stone fruit and citrus characters with a creamy textural palate and a crisp finish.

Maturation in our handcrafted white oak barrels, the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring, creates Woodford Reserve Double Oaked - a smooth, full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices; a long and creamy finish with lingering hints of honeyed apple.

Five sources of flavour have been customized for this craft bourbon. The first includes mineral rich iron-free water. The second ingredient is a unique grain recipe including corn, malted barley and rye which gives it its feisty spice character. The third is our unique cypress fermenters, the fourth is we distill in our customized copper pot stills, and lastly we mature in our own white oak barrels.

Distinctive varietal fruit flavours with excellent structure and length. Fresh melon and peach fruit aromas with subtle yeast and oak complexity lead to a full, soft palate highlighted, by attractive fruit flavours and a creamy, rich texture as a result of partial oak maturation.

A fine example of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety with deep, rich colour and full berry fruit and minty flavours. The varietal fruit flavours coupled with maturation in French and American Oak has given the wine integrated structure and balance.

A medium to full bodied traditional Shiraz with distinct, rich plum and pepper characters. Parcels of the ripe fruit flavours are complexed by oak tannins, as a result of maturation in oak hogsheads for up to fifteen months, leaving a smooth, lasting finish.

Dark rich colour. A fragrant nose with blackberry and briary tones and a hint of cigar box. A good concentration of ripe, dark-berry fruit swathed in serious tannins, backed by classy toasty oak adding complexity. A savoury and succulent wine with a pleasing velvety texture adding length on the finish and suggesting a healthy future in the cellar.

With decadent flavours of raspberries and strawberry jam, [yellow tail] Big Bold Red will leave you wanting more. With a hint of spice this wine is bursting with ripe dark fruits and rich, bold oak. Serve this wine with BBQ fare such as cheddar bison burgers or blackened chicken.
