Brilliant in color, this lively Cenote Blanco tequila is packed with bright citrus and pepper on the nose. Continuous flavor of rich, cooked agave, spices, subtle wood, and green vegetables, are a result of mellowing the spirt in American Oak barrels for three weeks.

Only 100% pure blue agave is used in our Rosa Blanco Tequila. Slow fermented for 48-60 hours and then double distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is then aged in red wine oak barrels for a short period of time to absorb the colour of the wine casks. Floral notes evolve into unique aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and honey. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and vanilla are accompanied by vibrant, dark berry fruits on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from sixteen months maturation in a combination of new and older French oak hogsheads. The 100% Weber Blue Agave piñas are rested (aged) eight months in American oak barrels. This creates an intense amber coloured tequila with silky, rich body.
