Shot in the Dark is crafted from a blend of grapes from vineyards carefully selected by John Quarisa. The grapes were fermented to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. This wine is a deep brick red, with notes of blackberry and blueberry with a hint of cinnamon spice. The palate is oozing dark black fruit with ripe tannins and well integrated oak.

This Euro-Style Pilsner is golden in colour. It has a sweet malt balance with a refreshing bitterness from the Saaz hops.

The barrel aged Chardonnay follows the guiding philosophy, oak should be to wine as seasoning is to food. Enough to add interest and complexity but not so much that it overwhelms.

This Pinot Grigio is light straw in colour with a distinct pale hue. The lifted aromas are characterized by citrus, green pear and hints of spice. Mtsvane grapes from the Kakheti region are used for this white wine. It displays dominant aromas of yellow fruits and hints of wild flowers, and has a light acidity and long finish.
