This 100% Weber blue agave Anejo has been aged for a minimum of 14 months in American and French Oak barrels. Aromas of toffee, black pepper, cedar and dried fruits. The palate displays full flavours of caramel, toffee and black pepper. On the finish it is spicy and well rounded.

1800 coconut is created by infusing 1800 silver with fresh, ripe coconut to create an exceptionally smooth liquid with exquisite taste. 19 Crimes Hard Chardonnay is both bold and strong. This rich, golden Chardonnay sports the aromas of stone fruits and has a sweet textured palate. The toasty oak notes of this wine boast hints of honey and butterscotch mixed with layers of ripe fruit. This fill-bodied wine pairs well with grilled and roasted salmon, halibut, or roasted chicken.

The Shiraz is the brooding component that brings the core of dark fruits, liquorice and round ripe tannins. The Grenache is focused in the red and blue fruits spectrum and delivers plushness to the final blend. Last but definitely not least the Mataro brings spice and finer tannins, pulling the structure together and giving the wine drive. The resulting wine is complex and layered in a soft approachable style.

Deep ruby in colour with a purple hue; aromas of black cherry, cassis and pepper; flavours replay on the aromas with an emphasis on black pepper and smoke that linger on the finish; medium acidity and medium-high tannin.

The best agaves are selected after cultivation and cooked in traditional cone-shaped wood ovens. The wood is lit and volcanic rocks are placed on top of it in a pyramid shape, the oven is covered with cloth and earth and cooked for 3-5 days. Once cooked, the pinas are milled with a stone and kept in a wooden tub for fermentation. 400 Conejos Joven is double distilled and has slight smokiness on the palate.
