Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

Sammy's Beach bar Rum distilled in Puerto Rico combines the finest sugar cane in the Caribbean with a 3x distillation process produces the finest rum in the world. Aromas include hints of citrus, chocolate, vanilla and banana. A white rum that can be sipped neat or over ice.

For The Botanist, small-batch, artisanal Islay gin we use nine of the classic gin aromatics - orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc. - and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 local botanicals, hand-picked by our expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores of this Herbidean island of Islay.

Lovely, delicate, and floral on the nose grains and malts working in perfect harmony. Deceptively rich and full for what is really quite a light-bodied blend. Fruity, with a touch of smoke. Brittle toffee and spices, along with a hint of grain, in the medium finish. 'Grouse' cleverly manages to suggest that its component whiskies are older than they probably are. A classic example of how good 'standard' blended whisky at an affordable price can be.
