Galactic Space Dragon is a cloudy IPA that pours a hazy, golden colour. It is well balanced and juicy with a citrus flavour that borders a NE style IPA.

This clear IPA is heavy on Citra and Vic Secret hops, featuring notes of pineapple, passionfruit and orange peel with a slight piney aroma.

Omnipollo Zodiak Extra Nelson still features a blend of grains, untouched post fermentation and now aspiringly hopped with only Nelson Sauvin hops. This beautiful New Zealand hop provides a distinctive white wine character along with fruity aromas and flavors, such as fresh crushed gooseberry and grape.

Omnipollo was founded in 2011. Zodiak is their house IPA made with a combination of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. Golden yellow colour with vibrant aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit, spice, herbs and a light pleasant bitterness on the finish.

There is also a slight lingering aroma of Willamette hops that create the base of this blend. The orange flavour dances with the sweetness of peaches, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.
