Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which give the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. First produced in Maryland in the 1890s, Pikesville Rye, along with the rest of the once-booming Maryland Rye industry, was shuttered by Prohibition. The brand re-emerged after Prohibition and became the last standing Maryland Rye, as the rest of the industry's production had ceased. The taste is dry and spicy, with honeyed rye and cloves. With a rye content of 95%, well past the 51% required for the category, we’ve recreated the classic American whiskey that ruled our glasses before Prohibition. Aromas and flavours include citrus, toasted oakn a bit of spice and mint.

This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from our vineyards in the Leyda Valley. Pale yellow colour with notes of pink grapefruit and subtle herbs and stones On the palate a nice balance between citrus fruit, peach, passion fruit and minerality.

Barrel Reserve 60/40 is one of the first Chilean blends made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A deep ruby red color and intense aromas of red fruits such as dried plums and blackberries, accompanied by soft notes of toast, vanilla and black pepper.

120 Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep and intense violet-red colour. Notes of red and black fruits predominate on the nose with the touch of spice that is typical in Cabernet, plus the aromas of vanilla, cloves, and tobacco that come from the oak.

120 Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruity wine dominated by tropical and citric fruit such as grapefruit, lime and lemon peel complemented by white peach notes and distinctive variety herbs increasing complexity and lifting fruity sensations, a very interesting aftertaste amid smooth fruit and fresh acidity with a lingering and persistent finish.

Aromas of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper. Subtle notes of candies spices and citrus. The big finish is smooth with hints of licorice.

Sena was created as a joint-venture between Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi back in 1995, with the dream of making a wine that would show Chile’s full potential. The blend is comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carmenere, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes. Aging has occurred in 85% New French oak barrels and the balance in Foudres. Deep red colour leads to a nose that reveals floral notes alongside red and black fruits. There are many layers to this wine in the taste profile, consisting of cedar wood, tobacco and bitter chocolate.

It’s a fresh wine, with a balanced natural acidity, medium structure and permanence in mouth. Ideal as an aperitif in summer time or with seafood and fish. Serve at 7°C – 8°C.
