Created as a small batch, Larceny is sourced from at least 200 barrels which allows the master distiller to choose only those barrels that have achieved the ideal taste profile and reached peak maturity. This liqueur is produced using 13 aromatic plants, seeds and spices that have been manually selected. Double distillated in copper stills. Yellow amber in colour with delicate aromas of fennel, rosemary, orange, cinnamon, cardamon as well as an additional array of spices. On the palate mint, herbal notes and spices (notably cinnamon).
