Golden amber, Aromas of fresh cut oak, hints of cocoa and delicate nuttiness. On the palate, fruity with a light taste of oak and hints of vanilla. The finish is pleasant and crisp.

The palate begins with citrus, lemon primarily, but giving way to some more earthy and warm depth. Juniper is present, but relegated to more of a background role. A collaboration with Writers & Rockers Coffee Company. Using cold-brewed coffee made from a fresh-ground blend of medium and dark roast beans yields the rich, authentic aroma of morning coffee and the sophisticated, velvety palate of an evening liqueur. Notes of Guatemalan chocolate and Tiramisu to finish.

Lightly burnt orange of an Old Fashioned. Cool, refreshing tangerine and hilltop summer lemonade on the nose, progressing to a warming, electric zest on the palate. A sweet, persevering finish with memories of candied apple.

Gray Jay is hand crafted in small batches by a craft distiller in Niagara Falls. With notes of vanilla and caramel, it's sweet, smooth and complex flavour is designed to be approachable.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. The flavours are exceptionally complex, showing notes of lychee, melon, tropical fruits and even a suggestion of Earl Grey tea. The finish is crisp and fresh, with notes of spice that linger on the palate. Serve chilled, this wine is appealing on its own, with salads or Asian cuisines.

Burgundy in colour, this wine has a fine aroma of black berries and rose petals. There is a hint of raspberry in the flavour. Decanting this wine brings out the characteristic silky texture of Pinot Noir. Served slightly cool, this is excellent with salmon as well as red meats and cheese.

Bright and refreshing, like our founders. Following the tradition and standards set by our founders, Prairie White Ale is a true Belgian-style wheat beer. It is patiently brewed from Saskatchewan two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Adding the zest of premium oranges and natural Saskatchewan coriander creates refreshing citrus notes with a subtle spice. It has a slightly cloudy appearance, proof that we’d never filter out the rich, complex flavours.
