Our light brew, Two Wolves Arctic Blonde Ale is an approachable, easy-drinking beer that is visually appealing and has no dominating malt or hop characteristics. Rounded and smooth, it’s a Canadian classic, just a no frills beer with great taste and a clean finish. To add some sweetness, we use a light Munich malt. We then add Cascade and Centennial hops, these provide the citrus flavour and aroma. This light flavourful ale pairs well with seafood, chicken, pizza, pasta, and even salads, sweet or spicy foods-- any meal you want to enjoy with a beer.

Our dark brew, Two Wolves Great Plains Brown Ale is a well-balanced beer with a deep copper colour and aromas of roasted malt, cocoa and caramel. This highly engaging beer is medium bodied and bright with a high carbonation and refreshing enough to pair with light foods, and bold enough to stand with rich, heavy meals - excellent with pork and beef, root and winter vegetables, stews and barbecues alike. The Brown Ale is around 80% 2 Row Malt, and we add crystal 60, chocolate malt, and black malt. The dark malts provide the colour and roasted coffee and chocolate flavours. The brown ale has Columbus and Amarillo hops, Amarillo is one of the top 10 varieties of hops utilized by the beer industry.

On the nose, Nordic Juniper supplies ample notes of zesty citrus. On the palate, Ungava reveals progressively the fullness of its flavours and the richness of its bouquet. The refreshingly fruity and sweet-tart notes of Crowberry and Wild Rose Hips are expressed over a rich and spicy underlying botanical base that combines Cloudberry and Arctic Blend. Labrador Tea's mild herbal flavour lengthens the mix with velvety smoothness.

This Belgian white ale (witbier) is pale golden with a fine white, creamy head when poured. Subtle bouquet of spice, citrus notes, aromas of yeast breads, coriander, and cloves. On the palate, wheat and subtle spices blanketed in citrus flavours reminiscent of orange and lemon.

Saison Libre: This light and refreshing blond beer features a hoppy bouquet with notes of tropical fruit and citrus, P'tite Maudite: Spicy and smooth, this brown ale, with its light character, delivers caramel malt flavours and delicate bitterness, Maudite: Aromatic and complex beer reveals a scent of spice, orange and malt, followed by caramelized notes, Don de Dieu: This sweet and full-bodied white beer packs a serious punch with the taste of spices, malt, fruit and yeast, La Fin du Monde: Refined taste marked by notes of grains, fruit and spice, supported by a slight bitterness and Trois Pistoles: Crafted with four types of malt and just as many exotic spices, this deep brown ale offers notes of black cherry and dark rum.

Best enjoyed indoors by the fire.   Victoria Pilsner: 5.5% ABV, 41 IBU: This German-style Pilsner is a rich, full-bodied beer with a nice hop bite. Broken Islands Hazy IPA: 6% ABV, 57 IBU: This hazy IPA is anything but expected. Bold citrus aromas and flavours lead to a lingering, juicy finish. Northern Swell Session IPA: 5% ABV, 42 IBU: This dry hopped Session IPA is clear, smooth and light with prominent hop aroma and flavour from Chinook & Lemon drop hops, but has a subdued bitter finish.
